Bruce E. Rodger is of counsel to the firm, with a practice concentration in commercial, business, and employment litigation. With over thirty years of trial experience in state and federal courts throughout the United States, Mr. Rodger represents clients in contract, insurance, real estate, and construction disputes and also advises clients regarding litigation avoidance, business negotiation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Mr. Rodger advises and represents technology companies and entrepreneurs in matters involving intellectual property rights, compensation, and non-competition agreements. He also represents both employers and employees in matters involving employment discrimination and civil rights violations.
A graduate of Bucknell University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Rodger is the co-founder and past President of the Guy G. deFuria American Inn of Court and served for seven years on the national American Inns of Court Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
