Our fees are reasonable and discussed fully in advance. Personal injury cases are handled on a contingency basis; there is no charge for initial consultation and claim evaluation, and there is no fee unless money is collected for the client. Non-contingent fee clients regularly receive a fully itemized statement of all service rendered. Where appropriate, we are willing to discuss alternative fee agreements which meet the needs of individual clients and provide us with fair compensation, including fixed fees, retainers, budgets, and similar arrangements.
