Susan R. Fiorentino is an associate in the firm’s West Chester office whose practice focuses on employment law. She represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of federal and state employment law, providing counseling in managing employment relationships and negotiating and drafting employment and independent contractor agreements (including severance, non-compete and intellectual property agreements). Ms. Fiorentino also provides litigation support, including cases arising under state and federal discrimination laws, the American’s With Disabilities Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Law.

Ms. Fiorentino is a magna cum laude graduate from Villanova University School of Law, where she served as editor of outside articles for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. She is licensed to practice law in both PA and NJ. She has lectured and written on various topics in the area of Employment Law.
