Nancy C. DeMis is a partner of the firm who focuses her practice on all aspects of employment law, including litigating claims of employment discrimination and harassment based on age, sex, race, national origin and religion, as well as cases involving civil rights, ERISA benefits, medical leave and wage payment. She is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ms. DeMis advises employers and employees at all stages of employment, including hiring practices and terminations, and regularly negotiates employment and severance agreements. Ms. DeMis is a regular invited lecturer to other lawyers and to lay audiences about employment issues.

She attended law school at the University of California-Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, and served as law clerk to the Honorable Demetrios P. Agretelis, Superior Court of California. She is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and is a past president of the Guy G. deFuria American Inn of Court. Resume
