Ronald H. Surkin is a partner of the firm with concentration in all aspects of employment law, including representation and counseling of professionals, executives, employers and employees. He has extensive experience in employment discrimination, ERISA, and employment-related contract and restrictive covenant litigation, representing both employers and employees, as well as complex disability insurance and commercial litigation.

He is a past chairman of the Human Resources Committee of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, and is a frequent lecturer and author on employment-law related issues, including employment discrimination, restrictive covenants and disability insurance litigation.

Mr. Surkin has argued before the United States Supreme Court and all of Pennsylvania’s appellate courts, and has appeared in federal courts throughout the Eastern United States. He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and Harvard Law School. Resume
